Can I track my order?
All orders sent from DYLDO are sent via a traceable method via UPS or USPS dispatch from our warehouse you will be emailed a tracking number and link to track your parcel.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.
When will my order be sent out?
Orders are dispatched between Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm. Please allow up to 72 hours from order confirmation to dispatch.
Orders placed on Public Holidays or Weekends will begin their processing on the next business day.
Will I be charged customs and duties taxes?
International orders may incur import duties and taxes, these are payable by you, the customer.
Customs policies and import duties vary widely depending on the country. Please contact your local customs office for information specific to your country.
Parcels sent that have their customs and duties taxes refused will be returned to sender and refunded less delivery & cost of return to our warehouse.
I think my order has gone missing, what do I do?
Weâre sorry to hear that your order is lost, weâre here to help!
 In the event of a lost parcel, please ensure before lodging an enquiry with
DYLDOÂ you have checked your delivery times and that your order is at least 2 business days past your expected delivery. You can check our standard delivery times on our Shipping Policy.
If your order is outside of its delivery time and receiving no tracking updates, please contact us at dyldofficial@hotmail.com and we will lodge an investigation for you with your elected courier service. Please note this process can take up to 2 business days to initiate and up to 7 business days to investigate thoroughly. In the event of a lost parcel by fault of the courier, we will reimburse or replace your order once an investigation has been closed.
I just placed my order; can I cancel it?
We aim to process orders super quickly in our warehouse so usually we cannot change orders placed. However, you can contact our friendly customer service team via email or WhatsApp and we will try our best to assist you.
If we canât assist with cancelling or changing your order in time, we will do refund!

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order! We can accept cancellations within 2 hours of an order being placed. After 2 hours the order is processed to our shipping company. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at dyldofficial@hotmail.com If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 12 hours.
Why is my order being shipped in multiple packages?
Some of our products are very large. We like to save money and pass those savings on to our customers. The bigger the box, the more it costs to ship. We may use multiple packages to ensure your product arrives undamaged. If at all possible, we will use 1 package to deliver your gifts.
What happens if my package gets lost in the mail or during shipment?
If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. We do not refund or resend orders if they are lost or stuck. You will need to reach out to the delivering agency to file a claim. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

   - Your order numbers.
   - A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
